Silc Arts llc. strives to bring you the best art & and the best customer experience we can. Your satisfaction is important to us.
These terms & conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation, users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content. By viewing this site, or ordering from Silc Arts llc, you affirm you have read and agree to all terms and conditions. The following terms and conditions apply to all sales of goods and services, and replace all previous terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change these Terms from time to time without notice. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes. You affirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
RETURN / WARRANTY / CANCELLATION POLICY
To protect our customers, we have a strict no-returns policy. Thank you for understanding.
Claims are considered on the basis of manufacturers’ defects only. All claims for shortages and damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery. To make a claim, contact us with your order number, receipt, description, and pictures of said defect.
We allow cancellations on orders that have not yet shipped. All canceled orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee at our discretion. Custom orders may not be canceled.
SHIPPING ~ DOMESTIC
All products are hand made. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
Domestic orders are packaged in plain brown boxes with standard shipping labels. “Silc Arts” will appear on the return address.
We reserve the right to refuse to deliver to any address other than the billing address. All claims for shortages and damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Silc Arts is not responsible for abandoned or undeliverable packages. If your package is returned to us marked as “undeliverable”, we are happy to re-send your package at your expense, or refund your purchase, minus shipping and related expenses. Custom orders are nonrefundable. Silc Arts is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Signature confirmation and insurance are available for your purchase at checkout.
Due to state laws, we cannot ship to Alabama. So make sure to vote this year.

All products are hand made. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
We reserve the right to refuse to deliver to any address other than the billing address. All claims for shortages and damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
We are as discreet as possible. International orders are packaged in plain brown boxes with standard shipping labels and the required customs forms. Customs forms are visible for inspection. “Silc Arts” and “silicone sculpture” will be visible. Silc Arts must follow all customs and international shipping regulations. International orders require your full legal name and address. Customs documents will not be falsified for any reason. Failure to provide accurate information may result in your package being refused, returned, or abandoned.
All import duties, taxes, tariffs, and associated fees or paperwork are your responsibility.
Silc Arts is not responsible for abandoned or undeliverable packages. If your package is returned to us marked as “undeliverable,” or due to unpaid duties, etc., you will be charged for any fees related to the return, including return delivery fees. We are happy to re-send your package at your expense, or refund your purchase, minus shipping, restocking, and related expenses. Custom orders are nonrefundable. We do not ship to international P.O. boxes.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. We are not liable for costs or damages due to your providing us with improper or incomplete information.
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any content or service. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of service.
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. No contract for such goods is formed until we accept the order by shipping the goods to you. We reserve the right to refuse any order at any time prior to shipment. We reserve the right to limit sales or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Silc Arts llc offers no directions for use. No descriptions provided shall be interpreted as directions or instructions. All products and services are for novelty use only. By purchasing and using our products, you accept all liability. In no case shall Silc Arts llc., our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation- lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the services or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content or product posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. All products and services are provided with no guarantee or warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warrenties of merchantability, fitness for a specific or general purpose, and those arising by statute or law, or from a cause of dealing or usage of trade.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Silc Arts llc, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensor’s and suppliers (collectively the “Service Providers”) from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.

SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to the service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party. The benefit of any contract entered into with us is personal to you and only you can enforce the contractual terms. If any provision of the Terms is unenforceable this will not stop the rest of the provisions from being enforceable.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hartford County, Connecticut, without regard to choice of law provisions.
JURISDICTION
Parties agree that personal jurisdiction shall exist in the State of Connecticut and that the State of Connecticut shall have subject-matter jurisdiction over any issues arising from interpretation or enforcement of this Agreement. Any lawsuits arising out of this Agreement shall be brought to Hartford County, Connecticut.
PRIVACY POLICY
We respect your privacy.
Any personal information we collect is exclusively used for processing, shipping, in-house marketing, or warranted legal actions. Your information will never be sold or shared for any other reason. We do not store financial information.
