Refund policy

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Our products are made-to-order and intimate in nature. To protect our customers we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges. We will happily work with you to resolve any issues.

Cancellations

We allow cancellations on House Blend orders that have not yet shipped. All canceled orders are subject to a $10 restocking fee. Custom color orders may not be canceled.

 

Damaged Goods
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will happily work with you to resolve any issues.
