Shipping policy
All orders are shipped discreetly in plain brown boxes with standard labels. Silc Arts will appear on the return address.
All products are hand made. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing.
Once your order is shipped, the shipping carrier assumes responsibility for your order and delivery. Please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays, lost packages, damages, etc.
SHIPPING ~ DOMESTIC
We offer free shipping through USPS. You may upgrade your shipping at checkout. We do not ship to any address other than the billing address. All claims for shortages and damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Silc Arts is not responsible for abandoned or undeliverable packages. If your package is returned to us marked as “undeliverable”, we are happy to re-send your package at your expense, or refund your purchase, minus shipping, restocking, and related expenses. Custom orders returned to us are nonrefundable. Silc Arts is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please contact the shipper for claims.
SHIPPING ~ INTERNATIONAL
We do not ship to any address other than the billing address. Customs forms are visible for inspection. “Silc Arts” and “silicone sculpture” will be visible. Silc Arts must follow all customs and international shipping regulations. International orders require your full legal name and address. Customs documents will not be falsified for any reason. Failure to provide accurate information may result in your package being refused, returned, or abandoned.
All import duties, taxes, tariffs, and associated fees or paperwork are your responsibility.
